The stated temperature refers to the die temperature. Please be aware of the temperature difference between the machine display and the die. The outlook of the foil looks somehow white before stamping, and it will turn to transparent after stamping.

We kindly request your attention to the following key points:

• Adjusting proper speed, temperature and pressure either higher or lower to get the perfect fine line definition and coverage. (High temperature and pressure may cause the damages of film itself.)

• Adjust the suitable tension for operation to avoid wrinkling of the hot stamping foil, which affects the hot stamping.

• Ensure that the die surface is clean and ink on the substrate (if any) is dry before stamping.

• Before purchase and mass (formal) production, please make test and confirm qualified with certain types of ink/varnish coating recommended by the supplier for the hot stamping process either in the Pre-press/Press or Post-press process.
