A wide range of coated papers and carton boards

• Applicable on a wide range of coated paper/ folding carton and plastic materials (PE, PP, PET), or other substrates with non-absorbent surfaces.
• Applicable on the offset presses with cold foil module.
• Cold foils may be used on following applications:
  Graphic Arts: books, magazines, advertising posters, cards…
  Packaging: cosmetic/cigarette/food boxes
  Labeles: wine/champagne/liquor/cosmetic labels

Sheet-fed offset presses with cold foil modules

• Carefully test the appropriate adhesive for your particular job, ex. Zeller + Gmelin Uvalux: U0830 (gold foils) and U0832 (silver foils); TOYO INK: FD IF UV Glue; T&K: UV glue SPP-BK.
• Adjust the adhesive lay-down to suit the substrates. Optimized adhesive application level: 1.5 – 4 g/m² dependent on the substrates
