Operating hints
  • The suitable stamping temperature is different by dissimilar plastic substrates and here are the recommended real temperatures
  • Silicon rubber die
    - Vertical up-and-down machines: 210℃ - 240℃ / 410℉ - 464℉
    - Peripheral Roll-on machines: 230℃ - 260℃ / 446    ℉ - 500℉
  • Metal die
    - Vertical up-and-down machines: 190℃ - 220℃ / 374℉ - 428℉
    - Peripheral Roll-on machines: 210℃ - 240℃ / 410    ℉ - 464℉
  • Find the best combination by adjusting temperature, dwell time and pressure to achieve the best stamping effects
