Operating hints
  • The suitable stamping temperature is different by dissimilar plastic substrates and here are the recommended real temperatures
  • Silicon die:
    - Vertical up-and-down machines: 190℃ - 220℃ / 374℉ - 428℉
    - Peripheral Roll-on machines: 200℃ - 230℃ / 392    ℉ - 446℉
  • Metal die:
    - Vertical up-and-down machines: 170℃ - 200℃ / 338℉ - 392℉
    - Peripheral Roll-on machines: 190℃ - 220℃ / 374    ℉ - 428℉
  • Find the best combination by adjusting temperature, dwell time and pressure to achieve the best stamping effects
